We aim to be the driving force
behind the future of eco-friendly
and energy-efficient construction
using CLT and Glulam.

We know how to build a house in 3 weeks.

CLTech able to act as a subcontractor in mid to high rise projects

From a seed to the house.

Trees used for Mass Timber production
and construction are sustainably reharvested.

Durability, Strength & Stability

Strength-to-weight ratio is comparable to concrete, despite being 4-5 times lighter than concrete

Proof

Thermal Conductivity & Energy

Comparable to lightweight concrete 0.13W/mK (CLT) vs 0.88W/mK (concrete)

Proof

Fire & Seismic Resistance

Predictable charring rate (0.6-0.8mm/min) helps to design for required fire performance. CLT building in Japan was tested on a world’s largest seismic table and survived 14 seismic tests/eventswith no significant damage

- 676kg of CO2/m3 vs 410kg/m3

Wood stores more carbon than concrete

Minimum to no on-site waste

Prefabricated materials allow for almost no waste to be left on site.

CLT is recycable

Upon the demolition of a CLT based construction project, leftover wood is able to be utilised or recycled for a magnitude of other uses.

Sustainable reharvest

Trees used for our panels are sustainably reharvested. That allows for more carbon to be stored into newly grown trees.

Proof

Cost effectiveness

While the CLT costs 16-29% higher than cast-in-place concrete, main savings come from labor. 50% less construction workers required on site, faster installation = less salaries + significant energy savings throught construction and operation of the building

Proof

Fast installation process

25-75% faster than similar reinforced steel and concrete building. Single-family house (2500 ft2) structural envelope installation takes around one week. For mid and high rise - one floor per day.

Proof

Design flexibility and Precision

High precision machining allows panels to be cut as per exact specification and meet the design intent. Variety of thickness allow for longer spans panels to be used without additional support elements (columns)
